GMP employs expert machinists that hold the highest standards to all of our Customer’s projects, routinely surpassing our Customer’s expectations by delivering a quality product on or before the scheduled delivery date.

HAAS Machine Tools are used extensively throughout our milling department. We chose HAAS due to their high precision and dependability. We use tool pre-setters and probing for a quicker setup and reduced costs. Pallet changing horizontal mills and vertical mills with trunnion allow for 5 axis machining. Custom fixtures, high quality tooling, and highly trained personnel give us a competitive advantage.

Manual machining is still routine business for GMP. We use Bridgeport mills and Devlieg horizontal boring mills.

Mastercam is among the most advanced CAM systems in the world. CAM allows for us to program and troubleshoot part programs offline, turning your CAD drawings into usable parts quickly and accurately, saving time and cost.
